Who is a career in Locksmithing good for?<\/div>\n
A career in Locksmithing is good for anybody that is good with their hands, likes tools and wants to earn more money.  Locksmithing is a recession proof career.  Alarms, keys, entryways always need protection, installation and maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
How do I know if I have the necessary skills to be a locksmith?<\/div>\n
Come in to our school and we will give you a free evaluation and a tour.  Our quick and easy evaluation will quickly determine if you have the necessary mechanical aptitude to make a career in the locksmithing field.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Can I work part-time as a locksmith?<\/div>\n
Many people keep their regular jobs and use Locksmithing as a second career to earn additional money.  A career in Locksmithing is also excellent for both part-time and, of course, an exciting primary career.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Are there any age or physical limitations on being a locksmith?<\/div>\n
No.  Locksmithing is a career that you can continue at any age.  Our students range form 17 to past 60 years old.  Locksmithing is particularly of interest for disabled people and can provide a wonderful opportunity for a career.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Is there an internship required to be a locksmith?<\/div>\n
No.  When you graduate from our school, you are ready to start work.  We teach you locksmithng and the business side of locksmithing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
What tools do I need?<\/div>\n
Our school provides you with a basic set of locksmithing tools that are yours to keep upon successful graduation.  These fine tools will serve you well as you continue your career in locksmithing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
How much is tuition and how can I afford it?<\/div>\n
We have financing available and will help in this area.  We have financial aid available for those who qualify.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Are there day and evening classes?<\/div>\n
Yes.  We have a day and evening program that allows you to attend our school during the day and after normal working hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
When can I come in for a tour of the school and take the mechanical test?<\/div>\n
We are available during the day and evening.  Please call and we will schedule a no obligation appointment for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
What sort of government programs does the The Charles Stuart School work with?<\/div>\n
We are vendors for ACCESS and the Veterans Administration.<\/p>\n
