It should give the prospective student a taste of what they would be learning. --><\/p>\n<p>The training curriculum covers the locksmith profession and prepares the student to acquire a license form the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Class size is limited to twenty (20) students and is held Monday through Thursday and on Friday and Saturday. Basic Locksmithing Course: Morning (9:00AM &#8211; 2:00PM), Afternoon (2:00PM-7:00PM), Evenings (7:00PM-12:00AM) and Friday and Saturday (9:00am-7:00pm). Intermediate to Advanced Locksmithing Course, Advanced Locksmithing Course, and Combined Locksmith Security Course are held from Monday thru Thursday (8:30AM &#8211; 2:00PM, and (7:00PM &#8211; 12:30AM).\u00a0 The courses are taught by <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">licensed teachers who are licensed locksmiths<\/span> and have years of practical experience in the field. Our instructors serve as mentors to our students.<\/p>\n<p>We use <i>Locks and Locksmithing<\/i> by Bill Phillips <span style=\"color: #000000;\"> (ISBN:\u00a0978 07 144829 1) <\/span> as our textbook.
